These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store.

The buyer is a consumer or entrepreneur who concludes a purchase contract through an e-shop.

The purchase contract and terms and conditions are concluded in the Czech language.

2. Information about goods and prices

All information about the goods is listed for individual products in the e-shop.

Prices are listed including VAT and all mandatory fees.

The seller operates a dropshipping model - goods are shipped directly from external suppliers. Delivery times may therefore vary and are always stated on the product or in the order.

The presentation of the goods is of an informative nature and the seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

The buyer places an order via the order form on the website.

The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller via e-mail.

The seller reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of:

• unavailability of goods from the supplier,
• obvious errors in the price,
• technical errors.

In such a case, the buyer will be informed immediately and the money will be refunded.

4. Payment and delivery terms

The goods are delivered via shipping services to the address provided by the buyer.

The delivery time is approximate and may be longer due to the dropshipping model (shipment from abroad).

5. Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer - consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

Goods must be returned:

• undamaged,
• unused beyond testing,
• if possible in the original packaging.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

The seller will refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

6. Complaints

The seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon receipt.

The complaint can be made by e-mail. The buyer has the right to:

• repair,
• exchange,
• discount,
• withdrawal from the contract (in case of a material defect).

The complaint will be processed within 30 days at the latest.

7. Protection of personal data

Buyers' personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Details are provided in a separate Privacy Policy document.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTI) is responsible for out-of-court dispute resolution.

The buyer can also use the EU ODR platform.

9. Final provisions

Legal relations are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic.

The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions; the new wording is effective on the date of publication on the website.
